Roxbury is served by the Connecticut State Police, Troop A division, located in Southbury. A Resident Trooper program and a part-time Constable force supplement the 24-hour coverage of Roxbury by the Connecticut State Police.
Resident State Trooper
Trooper Kevin Anderson is the Roxbury Resident State Trooper, and is responsible for oversight of Roxbury's law enforcement needs. His office is located at the Town Hall. Officer Anderson is generally available in his office Monday through Friday during business hours.
James Fasano, Donatella Jones, Michael Rice and Joseph Witkowski patrol our town as our part-time Police Constable. Constables are certified professionals who respond to complaints, patrol neighborhoods, perform house watches for absent residents, check doors and windows of all municipal buildings and businesses in town and conduct traffic control and enforcement on a regular basis.
